Our Factory
The facility covers an area of 34,000 square meters and is equipped with two eco-friendly shuttle kilns and one tunnel kiln, achieving an annual output of 26,000 tons of electrical porcelain products and an annual production value of 80 million RMB.
The factory features an assembly-line layout based on modern electrical porcelain manufacturing processes; distinct zones are established for raw material processing, forming and drying, glazing and firing, as well as inspection and packaging, ensuring seamless workflow integration and consistently high production efficiency and product quality. The workshops are equipped with comprehensive dust removal and exhaust gas treatment systems, fully complying with environmental production standards. The firing process utilizes an automated temperature control system that precisely manages kiln temperature profiles, guaranteeing stable electrical performance and mechanical strength in the products. The inspection center is outfitted with specialized testing equipment-such as power-frequency withstand voltage testers and electromechanical breaking load testers-enabling comprehensive pre-shipment inspections for every batch of products. Additionally, the facility boasts ample warehousing space and overhead crane loading equipment, facilitating rapid container loading and shipment to meet the delivery timelines required by overseas customers.
Our Product
The company primarily manufactures porcelain insulators for high-voltage lines (including pin-type, disc-type, and post-type insulators) and porcelain post insulators for high-voltage substations, as well as porcelain housings for transformers, fuses, and lightning arresters, along with other electrical insulation components.
