The Ceramic Pin Insulator P-11-Y is our best-selling model. It is designed for 11 kV applications and has a structure height of 140 mm. The disc diameter is 135 mm, and the mechanical failing load is 11 kN. This product meets both BS 137 and IEC 60383 standards. The "Y" in the model number indicates a long-shank design, which makes installation easier on cross arms. It is suitable for pole-top mounting applications. The creepage distance is 254 mm, while the dry arcing distance is 102 mm. These two values directly affect safety in wet and polluted outdoor environments. We use high-grade electrical porcelain for the ceramic body. The body becomes dense after firing, and the glaze has a smooth, glossy surface. Dust does not easily adhere to the surface, which helps extend the cleaning interval compared with standard glazed surfaces.

We carry out two mandatory tests before shipment: power frequency withstand voltage testing and mechanical failing load spot checks. If required, SGS or BV can also visit our factory for inspection. Free samples are available, and you only need to pay the freight cost. Our minimum order quantity is flexible, and we also accept small orders. Normal delivery takes 20 to 35 days. If the products are in stock, delivery can be completed within 7 to 15 days. During production, we provide photos or videos to show the production progress. Our payment terms are 30% deposit plus 70% before shipment, or 30% deposit plus 70% against a copy of the B/L. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Common shipping ports include Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Ningbo. We use fumigated wooden cases or plywood cases for packing.
