The Polymer Post Insulator 57-2S/57-2L is a dual-specification post insulator designed for 35 kV distribution line applications. It offers two stem options, including short stem and long stem designs. The rated voltage is 35 kV, and the disc diameter is 140 mm. The mechanical failing load reaches 12.5 kN. The product complies with ANSI C29.7 requirements.

The creepage distance is 559 mm, and the dry arcing distance is 241 mm. The short stem version (S type) has a structure height of 290 mm, while the long stem version (L type) has a structure height of 360 mm. Different stem heights allow customers to select a suitable insulation distance according to pole design and installation conditions.

The porcelain body is produced with controlled forming and firing processes. The dense structure provides stable mechanical strength and reliable electrical insulation performance during outdoor operation.

This Polymer Post Insulator is mainly used on 35 kV distribution lines, including straight poles and tension poles. The dual-specification design provides more flexibility for different line structures and installation requirements.

FOB and CIF shipping terms are available. The warranty period is 12 months after delivery.
