Composite Line Post Insulator

The Composite Line Post Insulator 57-13 is designed for 35 kV distribution systems where weight reduction and outdoor performance are important. Its rated voltage is 35 kV. The structure height is 419 mm, and the disc diameter is 152 mm. The mechanical failing load reaches 12.5 kN. The product complies with ANSI and IEC requirements. The creepage distance is 736 mm, and the dry arcing distance is 311 mm. Compared with traditional porcelain products, the silicone rubber structure is much lighter, which reduces transportation difficulty and installation workload. The housing surface has hydrophobic characteristics, allowing water droplets to remain separated instead of forming a continuous conductive layer. This improves pollution resistance in humid environments. We use UV-resistant silicone rubber with stable aging performance for outdoor applications. The Composite Line Post Insulator is mainly installed on 35 kV distribution lines, especially in areas where installation weight and pollution conditions require special consideration.

Composite insulators require strict control of the connection between the core rod and silicone rubber housing. Our production line uses automated injection molding equipment to maintain consistent product quality. The bonding interface is inspected carefully because sealing performance affects long-term operation.

Before shipment, our quality department performs mechanical tensile tests and partial discharge tests according to product requirements. Water diffusion tests are carried out to evaluate moisture protection of the core rod. We also maintain aging test records to support product evaluation for long-term projects.

The silicone rubber housing can be customized in different colors, with grey and red being common options. Technical documents, including test reports and product drawings, can be provided for project approval. Our manufacturing process follows environmental management requirements and focuses on stable batch production.

The standard delivery time is 25 to 35 days. Due to the lower product weight, more units can be loaded in one container, which helps reduce transportation costs for large projects.

Products are packed with protective cartons, internal foam materials, and wooden pallets for export shipment. We support FOB and CIF trade terms. Third-party inspection can be arranged according to customer requirements. The warranty period is 12 months after shipment. If installation-related issues occur, our technical team provides assistance and replacement solutions when needed.
