Rod Post Insulator

The Rod Post Insulator 57-11 is designed for pole top mounting in 25 kV distribution systems. Its rated voltage is 25 kV. The structure height is 220 mm, and the disc diameter is 127 mm. The mechanical failing load reaches 12.5 kN. The product complies with ANSI C29.7 standards. The creepage distance is 356 mm, and the dry arcing distance is 165 mm. The 57-11 supports both vertical and horizontal installation, which gives more flexibility for different pole structures. Its electrical performance is equivalent to the 57-21 model, while the mounting method is more suitable for pole top applications. We manufacture it with high-density electrical porcelain using a controlled high-pressure forming process. The finished body has stable mechanical strength and good outdoor insulation performance. The Rod Post Insulator is commonly installed on 25 kV distribution straight poles and branch poles.

Pole top products require accurate mounting dimensions because installation conditions can vary between different line structures. Our mold workshop uses CNC processing equipment to produce forming tools with consistent accuracy. This helps maintain stable dimensions during mass production.

Before shipment, our inspection team checks mounting interfaces and performs bending load tests on production batches. The test results confirm the 12.5 kN mechanical requirement. Our technical staff can provide installation suggestions and recommend suitable clamps, bolts, and accessories according to project conditions.

We keep production and inspection records for quality tracking. Customers can also arrange factory visits to review manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Technical drawings and inspection documents are available for project evaluation.

The normal delivery period is 25 to 35 days. Some models can be prepared from stock for urgent requirements. We accept different order quantities based on project needs.

Products are packed in export wooden cases with internal foam protection to reduce impact during transportation. We support FOB and CIF trade terms, with common shipment ports including Shenzhen and Ningbo. The warranty period is 12 months after shipment.
